Mô tả công việc
• Monitor and manage contract execution progress; control accounts receivable and payable, and prepare payment and cash flow plans for major Korean investors.
• Organize, manage, and oversee all accounting activities of the department.
• Review and supervise accounting entries to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and control reports, including:
o Tax reports (VAT, PIT, etc.)
o Financial statements and management reports
o Reports to the Board of Directors
• Work with banks on:
o Credit facilities and loan documentation
o L/C, guarantees, and credit limits
• Liaise with tax authorities and auditors; handle tax-related issues and inspections.
• Coordinate with other departments to control costs and improve financial efficiency of projects.
• Manage financial activities of subsidiary companies (if any).
• Develop financial policies, financial plans, and strategic directions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Yêu cầu
• Female, aged 38-50.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Chief Accountant Certificate (Required).
• Experience:
• Minimum 7-10 years as a Chief Accountant.
• Experienced in construction/plant industry or with Korean companies.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
• Corporate finance and cash flow management
• Experience in:
• Working with banks (loans, L/C, guarantees, etc.)
• Tax finalization and tax audits
• Proficient in:
• Excel and accounting software (MISA, 3TSoft, etc.)
• Applying AI tools in work is a plus
• English: good communication skills
• Skills:
• Leadership and team management
• Financial analysis and planning
• Personal attributes:
• Honest, careful, responsible
• Able to work under high pressure

• Salary: from VND 35 million/month (negotiable based on experience and capability)

• Working hours:
• Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM | 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM
