The position is the key responsible for all financial facet of innovative projects
Description
* Being Strategic Business Partnering to the CEO and Member in Board of Directors to identify and establish agenda for key project milestones objectives
* Initiate and manage the project financial capital; communicate capital requirements/ implications of business decisions
* Identify potential business opportunities and strategic partners for acquisition prospects
* Represent the company to related stakeholders including financial institutions, potential investors, key customers and suppliers, insurers and public officials
* Drive overall financial operations including accounting, project financing, budgetary, audits, tax
* Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to monitor planning reports; oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of asset management
* Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy
Profile
* Previous CFO level or equivalent experience in the energy sector or strong project financing experience in Vietnam
* Master/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Excellent leadership skills, interpersonal skills, professional attitude, demonstrate integrity and transparency, highly ambitious and motivated
* High proficiency in written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
