Support and consult customers from walk-ins, hotline, and marketing channels.
Provide information about dental services, treatment plans, costs, and promotions.
Follow up with customers via calls/messages to confirm appointments and support treatment decisions.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers before, during, and after treatment.
Coordinate with Dentists, Clinic teams, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Update customer information and prepare basic consultation reports.
Achieve assigned KPIs related to consultation and customer conversion.
College degree or above.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory. This role regularly interacts with international patients via phone, chat, email, and in person.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales,
Telesales, Customer Service, or Customer Consulting, preferably in Healthcare, Dental Clinics, Aesthetic/Beauty, or Premium Service industries.
Strong skills in customer consultation, persuasion, relationship building, sales closing, and objection handling.
Service-oriented mindset with strong business and result orientation.
Able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime when required.
