Develop and execute the overall channel sales strategy to expand the dealer and distribution network nationwide.
Design and implement channel sales policies, pricing structures, and incentive programs to drive sustainable growth.
Take full ownership of sales targets and channel revenue performance, ensuring achievement of business objectives.
Develop, expand, and manage the dealer and distribution network for solar energy equipment in the Vietnamese market.
Define market coverage strategy, including territory planning and partner segmentation across regions.
Collaborate with internal departments (technical, marketing, operations) to support sales execution and project delivery.
Lead, coach, and develop the channel sales team to ensure high performance and capability growth.
Monitor channel performance, analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present regular business reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to the General Director.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in channel development, B2B sales, or dealer/distributor management.
Experience in renewable energy, solar, electrical equipment, or EPC industries is preferred.
Strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships with partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel as required.
