Job Purpose:
• Responsible for growing B2B sales of industrial and lighting power supplies to industrial and commercial equipment manufacturers. This is derived from experience in distribution channels development and management.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Own the sales quota in Vietnam
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in assigned territory.
• Work with colleagues to identify new customers in growing segments.
• Compare monthly sales results to budget and take corrective steps.
• Monthly and annual forecasting
• Ability to develop and execute annual business plan.
• Weekly review with region sales head and product team in Taiwan.
• Long term career growth with possibility for team management.
• Regular participation in exhibitions and training seminars to expand brand and product awareness
