1. Executes short and long-term sales strategies to meet Country business plans and goals to grow market share
by demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
2. Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships with strategically important customers to
influence opportunities. Qualifies and assesses potential construction clients and opportunities.
3. Evaluates Dahua' overall customer satisfaction performance and leads initiatives that drive company
improvement of customer satisfaction and proactive resolution on customer issues
4. In conjunction with Country
Sales Manager, establishes Country account development goals consistent with
Country strategic direction. Ensures focus on developing new business at Target Accounts. Consistently seeks
to expand the scope of
technical sales.
5. Analyzes assigned markets and current business performance to ensure strategies are on course to meeting
planned profits and adjusts the plan when necessary.
6. Other tasks
1. Language: Proficient in English or Chinese (for internal communication)
2. Industry Experience: Background in CCTV, IT, or Security Technology
3. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT company
4. Sales/BD Skills: Proven experience in Sales or
Business Development5. Client Network: Prefer candidates with an existing client base in the IT/security industry
6. Mobility: Willing to travel for business trips
