Vị trí tuyển dụng:
Business Development Intern
- Source, screen, and connect with TikTok KOC/KOL creators across the Vietnam market.
- Organize creator databases and update creator information sheets according to campaign and brand requirements.
- Follow up on the creator collaboration process, including communication, sample delivery, posting schedules, and content submission timelines.
- Assist in reviewing creator briefs and TikTok video content, while providing timely feedback and revision suggestions.
- Track creator posting progress, maintain strong creator relationships, and improve overall collaboration efficiency.
- Support the collection and analysis of TikTok trends, viral content, and competitor activities within the beauty and skincare industry.
- Prepare and organize daily work progress reports and collaboration summaries.
- Assist in managing comment sections and monitoring user feedback when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- English proficiency sufficient for daily working communication
- Active TikTok user with strong interest in beauty and skincare content
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and TikTok creator ecosystems
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and execution ability
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of responsibility
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other basic office tools
- Previous experience in TikTok BD, MCN, influencer collaboration, or creator management is preferred
