Check and compare the chain's revenue data every day.
Report on revenue, and summarize the number of retail and group customers of the day for all levels of management.
Execution accounting, balance fund for the chain.
Accounting income, expenses, depreciation of fixed assets, liabilities and reporting Financial statements accounting for profit and loss on a monthly basis.
Track supplier debt and make payments liabilities on the correct date. Monitor debts of partners and handle debt according to accounting operations.
Perform cost management of the bar, manage operating costs to ensure the budget is correct
Timekeeping and monthly payroll for employees.
Prepare quarterly revenue and expense estimates.
Make an estimate to open the cost points
Perform tax accounting, financial reporting,settlement of personal income tax and corporate income tax.
Submit and control tax
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
Preferably experienced in the beverages/spirits industry and possess CFA certification
5 years of proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant
Language proficiency: fluent in English, all 4 skills.
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures, financial accounting statements
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
