Mô tả công việc
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Fixed Assets management, Cost Accounting
- Ensure the accuracy of general ledger booking by compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standard and continues review of the records;
- Management of petty cash and cashier function.
- Maintaining and updating the company accounting systems
- Make sure the accurate, timely reporting and filling of the information compliance with the Vietnamese Tax law, avoiding tax fines.
- Updating tax law, tax circular if change.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure statutory compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Corporate/ deal with the bank in relation with banking, financing activities.
- Preparing cash flow forecast. Maintaining proper control over the cash flow by keeping updated forecast to have healthy cash cycle of the company.
- Review and analyze monthly performance and expense and conduct analysis of operating expenses and budget variances as required.
- Recommend process improvements and participates in process improvement projects as required.
- Maintaining proper control over creditors and going through all the contracts for services, purchases.
- Other related accounting and finance jobs and report directly to Director.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree holder major in Accounting and Finance and Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Good command of written / spoken English language capability will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Familiar with Accounting System (ERP such as SAP, NAV..)
- Minimum 6+ year of accountant experience, working experience in manufacturing field is a priority
- A team leader with strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills and strong analytical mind; star-up mentality.
- Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance
- A candidate who can work at the earliest is preferred
