Responsibilities:
Prepare financial projections on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Review and authorize budget plans, ensuring financial feasibility.
Identify and assess potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Analyze investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
Oversee the accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and accuracy.
Manage cash flow, optimize resource allocation, and maintain financial stability.
Conduct financial performance assessments, including cost and profit evaluations.
Implement and uphold policies to safeguard confidential financial data.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal audit standards.
Advise senior leadership on funding strategies and financial planning.
Propose strategies to enhance cost efficiency and financial performance.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Skills:
Extensive experience as a
Finance Manager, Head of Finance, or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial operations, including bank reconciliations and cash flow optimization.
Practical expertise in budgeting, financial risk assessment, and control measures.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with accounting systems and financial management software.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
