Mô tả công việc
1. Costing & Financial Accounting
- Reconcile all inventory reports from relevant departments
- Do monthly costing and record in accounting system
- Support monthly financial report (BS.IS.CF)
- Support in tax audit, year-end financial audit
- Support in yealry IFRS package (single & consolidated)
2. Tax Reporting and Settlement
- CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT (Foreign Contractor Tax)
- Support to tax audits by the tax office
3. Fund Operation
- Support monthly fund operation plan
- Checking payment document and preparing payment
- Checking AR/AP balance and clearing
- Support loan management
4. Others
- Support the general director's and head office requirements
- Guide and monitoring works of team members
Yêu cầu
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work experience in global/foreign companies
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills
- Knowledge in SAP, MISA or equivalent ERP system
- Strong Accounting (VAS and IFRS), Tax and Finance knowledge
- Be active and energized in a multi-tasking and dynamic environment
- Work well under pressure and when challenged on multiple projects
- Enthusiastic, careful, hardworking and able to work overtime
- Analytical, meticulous and good problem-solver
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Having a strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
Preparations: The interview will be conducted with the candidate preparing a PowerPoint or Excel presentation to explain. (The interview duration will be 1 to 2 hours.)
