Mô tả công việc
• Issue invoice and Manage Account Receivable and Account Payables
• Manage Tax accounts and work with Tax authority
• Manage and oversee the financial reporting processes and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Supervise daily accounting operations and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Prepare and file customs declarations as required for import and export operations.

Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, having handled Account Receivables and tax reporting, preferably in the maritime or related industry.
• Chief Accounting Certificate, bachelor's degree not required but need experience and willingness to learn
• Strong proficiency in English, especially written because Up Only works with overseas supplier regularly
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Misa accounting software.
• Experience with Vietnam Customs system for import and export is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and attention to details and ownership of assigned tasks
