• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• Possession of a Chief Accountant certification as per regulations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
