* The Mission
We are looking for a structural, meticulous, and highly professional Chief Accountant/
General Accountant to manage the financial integrity of two key legal entities. You are not just a record-keeper; you are the guardian of compliance. This role is designed for a person who thrives on precision and is ready to grow professionally.
* What You Will Do (Key Outcomes)
• Entity Management: Full responsibility for the accounting and tax reporting of two high-volume legal entities, ensuring 100% accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
• Tax Audit Mastery: Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, successfully managing tax audits and ensuring all documentation is bulletproof.
• Process Structuring: Implement disciplined accounting workflows.
• Export & International Excellence: Manage complex export processes and tax calculations for parent-subsidiary relationships (international transactions).
• Leadership Transition: Demonstrate high-level performance and communication to eventually take leadership over the accounting team.
Yêu cầu
• The Compliance Expert: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and experience communicating with tax authorities.
• MISA Power User: You have "Master" level proficiency in MISA (required for tax reporting). Experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage.
• Industry Veteran: Proven experience in companies with foreign capital and a solid understanding of export/import operations.
• Education & Ambition: A degree in Finance/Accounting. Candidates with ACCA certification (or currently studying) will be given priority.
• The "A-Player" Personality: Meticulous with numbers, proactive, and "adequate" in high-level business communication. You solve problems before they reach the manager's desk.
