Chief Accountant (Manufacturing)

Financial Leadership & Corporate Accounting Governance:
Direct and streamline end-to-end corporate financial activities, encompassing accounting compliance, taxation strategies, and capital management.
Oversee monthly closing procedures, financial audit execution, and monthly accounting reconciliation reports.
Maintain and govern a single, fully transparent financial ledger system in compliance with statutory standards.
Manufacturing Costing, Transfer Pricing & Financial Forecasting:
Consolidate standard costing frameworks and analyze actual manufacturing production costs to optimize operational expenditure.
Manage and prepare Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation for cross-border and intra-group related-party transactions.
Develop rolling expenditure forecasts, Profit and Loss (P&L) projections, and Balance Sheet (BS) analyses to support strategic executive decisions.
Team Management & Executive Stakeholder Relations:
Provide direct operational supervision and professional coaching to an accounting team of 4 staff members.
Work directly with the Korean General Director on strategic financial matters and collaborate with the external Vietnamese Tax Manager as required.
UtilizeSAP ERPsoftware to process, verify, and extract enterprise accounting data efficiently.
