Job Purpose
Responsibilities for financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, business decision involvement, custody and control of the accounting and financial system at the company
Responsibilities
• Be responsible for all activities of the Accounting and Finance Department of the company and its related companies if any.
• Manage, check, control and monitor accounting books, invoices and documents (such as reconciling debts with customers/investors/banks; monitoring cash balances; and filing accounting documents in accordance with accounting and financial regulations)
• Advise the Board of Directors on controlling financial activities as well as proposing solutions to optimize operating costs and limit financial risks for the business
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements or at the request of the Board of Directors from time to time
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise accountants and accounting staffs in the future
• Develop, implement, improve, and monitor processes and regulations related to accounting and finance
• Supervise the managing and auditing of inventories of ingredients, supplies, finished products, semi-finished products, equipment, and tools in different locations
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and yearly cash flow forecast
• Responsible for interactions with agencies such as tax, banks, and auditing company
• Monitor, register and periodically update to BOD and State Bank about oversea loans reporting
• Implement assigned KPI
• Provide daily cash flow report with accurate bank balances, payables, and receivables
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager from time to time
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Accounting
Experience, Skills and Competencies
• Have 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, and 1 - 3 years as a Chief Accountant. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the F&B industry
• Professional in financial analysis, business acumen and cost consciousness
• Have full understanding of the principles of Vietnamese and International accounting standards, and the tax regulations in Vietnam
• Be honesty, decisive, detailed, and careful
• Willingness and ability to work under pressure
• Be proactive to update BOD on important issues, to give advice and guide BOD to make proper decisions
• Good interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving skills
Language Good at English communication
Computer Good at MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
Salary 25m - 30m
