Mô tả công việc
1. CHIEF ACCOUNTANT/ DEPUTY CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
1.1. Book Keeping & Reporting
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role ex AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
- Ensure accounting month closing is on time.
- Produce or supervise all monthly accounting deliverables as committed schedule.
- Prepare monthly and yearly finance reports and responsible for the accuracy of the information in all the reports.
- Produce or supervise all Vietnam Tax/ Statutory reports.
- Ensure book-keeping system is compliant with Vietnam Tax.
- Liaise with other departments, Vietnam Tax, Banks, Auditors for all finance matter.
1.2. Tax & Compliances
- In the best self-capability update and consult to superior the change on rules; suggest solution on compliance and mitigate compliance risks.
- Comply with State and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, accounting documents, taxation documents, advising management on needed actions.
- Contact and work with Tax Authorities for any concerned matters.
1.3. Monitoring Operation & Analyzing Data
- Control payment and collection; weekly reconcile with cash and bank balance.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling, and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Analyze monthly finance reports.
- Prepare, implement and control annual Budgeting (both CAPEX & OPEX).
- Work with Tax Authorities, Bankers, Auditors, Vendors, Customer for daily/monthly/annually operating tasks.
1.4. Team Supervising & Coordinating
- Support BOD on training and updating knowledge for accounting staff.
- Coach, supervise, develop and encourage junior accounting staff.
- Support BOD & take part in accounting system implementation.
2. ADMIN AND HUMAN RESOURCES:
- Propose and build up Headcounts.
- Planning and implementing approved plans on recruitment, training and development, evaluation and employee's benefit policies.
- Implementing and control salary payment, bonus, compulsory insurance, personal income tax for company's employees in compliance with Law and company's policy.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.
- More than 3 year experience of the same position is required
- Fluent in English, good analytical skills and organizational skills.
- Sound knowledge in Vietnam Taxes, VAS, IFRS and other accounting/financial regulations
- Experiences in real estate industry will be advantageous. Familiar with MISA software.
- Experience in Tax finalization audit.
- Honest, able to lead changes. Can work under high pressure
- Chief Accountant certification; CPA is an advantage
- Working location in Nghe An / Thanh Hoa
