Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for all activities of the Accounting and Finance Department of the company
- Manage, check, control and monitor accounting books, invoices and documents (reconciling debts with customers/investors/banks; monitoring cash balances, storage activities all kinds of accounting books, invoices in accordance with regulations, etc.)
- Advise the Board of Directors on controlling financial activities as well as proposing solutions to optimize operating costs and limit financial risks for the business
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements or at the request of the Board of Directors from time to time
- Build, recruit, train, develop and supervise accountants
- Develop, organize and standardize processes, regulations and regulations related to activities expenditure and finance
- Check and supervise the implementation of financial and accounting policies in the company
- In charge of organizing the unexpected and periodically inventory of ingredients, products, assets, tools, and cash flows related to business activities of the company
- Develop financial planning, cash flow for the company in the short and long term, ensuring accuracy, timely
- Responsible for transactions with agencies: Tax, Banks, Auditing Company, etc.
- Monitor, register and periodically update to BOD and State Bank about oversea loans
- Do any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager from time to time
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting. A certified Chief Accountant is a must.
- Good communication in English.
- Have 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including 2 years as a Chief Accountant. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the F&B industry.
- Professional in financial analysis, business acumen and cost consciousness.
- Hard experience and deep understanding about Financial and Accounting regulations, Principles of Accounting standards, Taxes, and fees.
- Must be of high honesty, decisiveness and caution.
- Willingness and ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical with a strategic mindset and proactive attitude.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and problem solving.
