Chief Accountant

Vietnam Investment Group (VIG) is looking candidates for a Chief Accountant to join Jump Arena - our Portfolio Company
1. Responsibility as follows:
- Maintain the accounting database, business transactions and ensure the reliability.
- Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in Accounting Department
- Managing, reviewing and approving the works of accounting officers.
- Preparing/reviewing all legal documentation and contracts for the company;
- Formulating and advising the board on compliance policies/procedures;
- Prepare monthly, annual accounting reports such as including Profit and Lost, Balance sheet and analysis cost.
- Prepare monthly report required by Jump Arena JSC and the Government on time.
- Manage cash-flow, bank accounts, control cash flow and payments.
- To control and ensure the sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting such as commercial invoices, payment document, etc.
- Control expense, inventory to calculate costing.
- To work effectively with Audit firm to insure a prompt and accurate audit.
- Manage the year-end external audit and tax finalizations in compliance with local and company requirements
- Manage, train and develop accounting staffs
- Comply with tax and accounting law and regulations, update information, avoiding risks from Tax.
- Coordinate with Procurement Department in providing data for Customs' report, controlling norms, avoiding risks from Custom.
- Additional tasks requested by direct Manager.
