Mô tả công việc
● Handle full spectrum of financial and accounting role.
● Responsible for day to day finance and accounting operations.
● Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
● Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and advise management on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
● Collaborate with external advisors and regulatory bodies to address compliance-related matters.
● Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments cash-flow management reporting for submission to CFO and BOD.
● Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
● Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins and cost analysis.
● Proactively advise CFO and BOD on the company's finance situation & propose action plans.
● Be required to recognize risk of data and reports to CFO and BOD for solution.
● Other task as required by CFO or BOD.
Yêu cầu
Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting from Academy of Finance, National Economics University, Banking Academy of Vietnam...
● At least 05 years experience in Accounting with at least 03 years experience work as a Chief Accountant. Having Chief Accountant Certificate (require).
● Good logic thinking
● Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
● Trustful person with good communication and interpersonal skills
● Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels
● Multi-task, good management skill, time management skill, communication and organization skills
● Knowledge of regulations and laws related to accounting and tax in Vietnam
● Good MS office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel, strong accounting software (FAST)
● Having experience in audit, tax examination or VAT refunds is an advantage
● Experience in the trading/ecommerce companies is an advantage
● Good at English is preferable
