Finance ManagerKey Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with:
o Tax regulations (VAT, CIT, WHT, transfer pricing)
o Statutory and industry-specific regulations
o Group compliance and internal control frameworks (if any)
• Lead external audits and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and authorities.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• ERP, Systems & Process Improvement
o Act as key finance owner for ERP systems
o Ensure accurate project setup, cost tracking, and reporting in ERP
o Support ERP implementation or system enhancement projects (if any)
