Job description
We are looking for an exceptional Chief Accountant to lead our finance function with precision, integrity, and strategic insight. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting business success.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and internal control policies.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular variance analysis.
Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team to ensure professional development and departmental excellence.

Requirements
Comprehensive accounting knowledge, including financial reporting, compliance, and tax regulations.
Proficiency with accounting software, financial analysis, and budgeting tools.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills to manage financial teams and collaborate with other departments.
Familiarity with the Vietnamese financial and tax regulatory environment is highly advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred.
Experience in the hospitality industry and proficiency in English is a must.
