Accounting System & Internal Control
Set up and operate the accounting system, accounting procedures, and internal controls from the company establishment stage.
Build and improve accounting processes and internal control systems.
Ensure accounting and tax activities comply with current legal regulations.
Financial Reporting, Budget & Cash Flow
Prepare and control monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Manage budgets and cash flow.
Advise the Board of Directors on financial matters.
Team Management & External Coordination
Organize, manage, and operate all activities of the Accounting Department.
Work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and related government agencies.
Train, guide, and manage the accounting team.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant; experience in environmental, waste treatment, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries is preferred.
Experience setting up an accounting system from scratch during the early stage of company establishment.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
Able to build and standardize accounting processes.
Strong financial reporting, management reporting, budget control, and cash flow management capability.
Able to work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and related agencies.
Team management, training, and accounting department operation skills.
Language / Other Requirements
Fair English proficiency.
Able to accompany the company during its development stage.
Personality & Attitude
Honest, careful, and highly responsible.
Reliable in accounting compliance and financial control.
Detail-oriented and systematic.
Willing to build processes and support business development from the early stage.
