Chief Compliance Officer (Web3/Crypto/Blockchain)

1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
• Professional compliance, AML, or risk management certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, ICA) are highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese regulatory frameworks, financial laws, and digital asset regulations
2. Experience:
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory, and risk management roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership position (Head of Compliance, Deputy CCO, or equivalent) within a Fintech, Crypto, or Financial Services organization.
• Demonstrable experience designing, implementing, and managing AML/KYC frameworks, transaction monitoring, and compliance programs in regulated markets.
• Proven track record liaising with regulators, auditors, and external advisors, ensuring full compliance and successful regulatory audits.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam's regulatory landscape, particularly in digital assets, fintech, or banking sectors.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing compliance teams in a fast-paced, high-growth, or start-up environment.
