Mô tả công việc
- Is responsible to the GM for the integrity of the Resort physical facilities including proper operation, maintenance, life safety, fire prevention and physical security of the building, grounds, FF&E, mechanical plant, appurtenances and installation. He supervises all POMEC activities. :
+ Efficient POMEC Department management
+ Control of utilities
+ Water and sewage quality control
+ Life safety and fire prevention programs (Crisis Management)
+ Physical security programs (in cooperation with Resort Security Department and Authorities)
+ Effective preventive and routine maintenance
+ Maintenance planning schedules
+ Work order system
+ Departmental time keeping records
+ POMEC staff programs and procedures
+ Inspection and staff supervision
+ POMEC labour standards and labour costs controls
+ Efficient POMEC Department management
+ Control of utilities
+ Water and sewage quality control
