Apec Group is entering a pivotal phase: restructuring our core Real Estate foundation while executing a global strategic pivot towards an AI & Semiconductor ecosystem. We are not seeking a traditional operational CFO. We are looking for a "Global Financial Architect" who leverages an Investment Banking mindset to revitalize existing assets and unlock international capital for our new tech era.
Your Mission as the CEO's right-hand person, you will execute the following core mandates:
- Global Tech Fundraising:
+ Lead the entire fundraising cycle for the AI and Semiconductor division, targeting VC/PE funds and financial institutions in Silicon Valley, Singapore, Taiwan, and Europe.
+ Build valuation models, Term Sheets, and directly negotiate tech investment deals.
- Real Estate Restructuring via M&A:
+ Apply Investment Banking techniques to restructure the existing Real Estate portfolio.
+ Seek foreign partners and design wholesale/retail project sales and joint ventures to unlock liquidity.
- Governance & Investor Relations:
+ Upgrade financial reporting and risk management systems to meet international standards.
+ Craft a multi-layered "Investment Story" to compel both real asset (Real Estate) and hyper-growth (Deeptech) investors.
Yêu cầu
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience at top-tier global Investment Banks, Private Equity funds, or as CFO/Head of Finance at tech conglomerates/unicorn startups with a proven track record of successful international fundraising.
- Exceptional skills in financial modeling, complex business valuation, and executing global M&A.
- A strong Tech/investment banking background with systemic thinking, ready to quickly adapt to the legal and market dynamics of Vietnam's Real Estate sector to restructure assets.
- An extensive, established network with institutional investors worldwide. Overseas Vietnamese (Viet Kieu) or Vietnamese experts with significant international working experience are highly preferred.
