Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Practitioner to embark on an exciting journey leading a new regenerative and longevity start up center in Ho Chi Minh Vietnam. The center will be serving high end and VIP customers. This is not your typical GP role; it is a chance to immerse yourself in cutting-edge fields such as genetics, aesthetics, preventive & regenerative medicine and longevity protocols while delivering top-tier care to our patients.
You will be required to lead a team of functional clinicians in other disciplines on a daily basis, , interfacing with high end and vip patients on a 'one to one' basis, reviewing lab results, and genetic biomarkers, whilst recommending tailor made health care programs. In addition you will oversee the delivery of a comprehensive range of IV therapy, including stem cell, exosomes and peptide treatments. In addition, regenerative treatments can be complemented with a range of our cutting edge longevity programs. The ideal candidate must have experience or a desire to work within a functional medicine environment, ability to lead a team of diverse clinicians, ideally 3-5 years of in clinic supervision or management experience. Previous experience working in a functional medicine environment is preferred but not a prerequisite.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Lead and develop a team of diverse clinicians
● Establish in clinic systems, processes and protocols to deliver quality healthcare
● Interpret lab values and conduct patient consultations.
● Perform and oversee routine patient procedures.
● In conjunction with a team of clinicians ( nutritionist, primary care GP's, exercise Physiologists), develop tailored healthcare and supplementation programs based on patient lab and genetic biomarker reports .
● Administer IV Therapy and perform blood draws if necessary
● Answer medical and health and wellness questions
● Utilize EMR Platform to organize and track patients
● Follow up with patients to determine efficacy of prescribed protocols, and obtain testimonials and referrals
● Capture patient suggestions and implement feedback for continuous improvement
● Set up, oversee, monitor and track key patient longevity protocols performed in house.
Yêu cầu
● strong and effective supervisory / management and communication skills
● Ability to interpret lab results and genetic reports and simply but effectively communicate these results to patients
● Ability to safely and comfortably perform IV infusions and injections
● Sound understanding of holistic approach to health and wellness protocols
● Excellent interpersonal, sales and organizational skills
● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, patients and the public.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a concierge or as needed on a mobile setting
● Ability to use Microsoft Office, to learn and use an Electronic Medical Records system and other computer applications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Registered Medical general Practitioner with minimum of 10 years experience.
● Previous experience working with regenerative injection treatments such as stem cells, peptides, exosomes, and PRP treatments preferred but not essential.
● Some experience in analysing and interpreting genetics decoding
● Ability to work with high end and VIP customers.
