Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Chief Of Finance ($2200, ID15430):
Daily control operation of the team to comply with VAT & Tax regulations and contact with relevant Authorities.
Checking and submitting VAT reports Monthly and applying for VAT refunds.
Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and monthly Management reports.
Bank facility control to catch up with operation requirements- coordinate with Banks.
Checking & verifying all payment vouchers before getting approval from GM/CEO.
PIT monthly declaration report, Checking All PIT matters, and Booking Salary in the system.
Manage the Purchasing department and control costs.
Monthly reconciliation for Bank/cash/ AP foreign & local/ AR / Monthly Budget Preparation.
Every product Pre and post-costings analysis, Monthly Report Preparation.
Prepare Reports for every month HR Insurance report, to Authorities, Prepare work contacts, work on salary incentives, opening of PIT and Bank cards for employees.
Manage cash flow effectively. Manage company Management Accounts, and cost Analysis against Budgets and Actuals.
Checking & verifying all payment vouchers before getting approval from GM/CEO.
Control the operation of the team to comply with VAT & Tax regulations.
Other works requested by GM/CEO and Email correspondence.
Requirement
Male/ Female, 28-45 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.
Experienced in both Finance and Accounting.
Have at least 5 years experience as Chief Accountant or Chief of Finance at an FDI manufacturing company (held at the most recent company).
Proficient in using Accounting software, especially ERP.
Number of employees under: less than 5 people.
Proficient in English.
