3. Performance Analysis and Management:

4. Business Operations Team Management:
Lead, train, and develop the business operations team
Ensure the team adheres to company policies and regulations.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure business activities comply with legal requirements and company policies

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
Preference for candidates with a Master's degree or relevant international certifications.
At least 8-10 years of experience in business operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management position.
Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using analytical and planning tools.
Proficiency in both English (spoken and written).
