1. Provide professional and timely customer support in Mandarin Chinese via phone, email, or online chat, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests (e.g., order tracking, product information, after-sales issues).
2. Record customer interactions, feedback, and problem details accurately in the company's CRM system, ensuring clear documentation for follow-up.
3. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales) to resolve complex customer issues efficiently, and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
4. Assist in updating customer service guidelines and FAQs based on common inquiries, improving overall service efficiency and consistency.
Yêu cầu
1. Education: High school diploma or above; college degree in Business, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written) with clear communication skills; basic English reading ability is preferred (for understanding simple product documents).
3. Experience: 1 year or more of customer service experience (especially in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries) is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also acceptable.
4. Competencies: Patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle customer complaints calmly; proficient in using office software (e.g., Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.

3. Compliance Statement: All the company's operations related to social insurance are in line with the requirements of the local labor administrative departments in Vietnam, so as to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of employees are fully protected.
