JOB SUMMARY
Join our team as a Translator, specializing in Chinese and Vietnamese, with the opportunity to expand into diverse office positions. This role combines linguistic expertise with the chance to contribute to various administrative functions.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Translation and Interpretation: (Mainly)
- Provide accurate and contextually appropriate translation and interpretation services between Chinese and Vietnamese for various business interactions, including Production line interpreter, meetings, presentations, and written documents.
- Ensure effective communication and understanding between Chinese and Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders.
- Assist in translating documents, presentations, or real-time interpretation for other departments as needed, contributing to seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain a high level of linguistic and cultural sensitivity, adapting communication styles to suit the context and audience.
2. Optional:
- Assist in creating a welcoming environment for foreign guests and colleagues by offering cultural insights and language support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address language-related challenges and facilitate seamless communication.
- Support administrative tasks related to guest visits, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating logistics.
- Ad-hoc jobs required by Leader.
