- Theo dõi & quản lý các sản phẩm tài chính: Trái phiếu, Chứng chỉ quỹ...
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, thu thập thông tin về đối thủ cạnh tranh và nhu cầu của khách hàng trong sản phẩm Trái phiếu & Chứng chỉ quỹ.
- Nghiên cứu và cập nhật các văn bản pháp luật, quy định của các cơ quan quản lý liên quan đến các sản phẩm Trái phiếu & Chứng chỉ quỹ liên quan. Đồng thời, phối hợp với các phòng ban để bổ sung, cập nhật các quy trình liên quan khi có thay đổi từ các cơ quan chức năng.
- Lập & gửi báo cáo các cơ quan chức năng (SSC/VNX...) và các phòng ban liên quan khác (nếu có)
- Tham gia xây dựng quy trình quản lý, vận hành, kiểm thử sản phẩm Trái phiếu & Chứng chỉ quỹ.
- Hỗ trợ & đào tạo nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên trong phòng, Môi giới & các phòng ban liên quan khác về sản phẩm Trái phiếu & Chứng chỉ quỹ đã/ đang/ sẽ triển khai tại công ty.
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm, tính năng ứng dụng trên hệ thống nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng khi giao dịch tại công ty.

Job description:
- Monitor and manage financial products, including Bonds and Mutual Funds.
- Conduct market research and gather information on competitors and customer needs related to Bonds and Mutual Fund products.
- Research and stay updated on laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by regulatory authorities related to Bonds and Mutual Funds. Coordinate with relevant departments to revise and update internal procedures and processes in response to regulatory changes.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities (SSC, VNX, etc.) and other relevant departments as required.
- Participate in developing operational procedures, management frameworks, and product testing processes for Bonds and Mutual Funds.
- Provide operational support and training to department staff, brokers, and other relevant departments regarding Bonds and Mutual Fund products that have been launched, are being implemented, or are planned for future deployment.
- Research and propose product enhancements and system functionalities to better meet customer needs and improve the trading experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Management.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành kinh tế, tài chính, chứng khoán
- Có kinh nghiệm & đã từng làm ở nghiệp vụ Trái phiếu tại các CTCK ít nhất từ 2-3 năm trở lên.
- Sử dụng thành thạo MS office như Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Sử dụng tốt VBA là một lợi thế
- Khả năng đọc hiểu
Tiếng Anh tốt
- Có khả năng phân tích, lập kế hoạch dự án
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đào tạo & làm việc nhóm.
Capacity requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Securities, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Bond-related operations at a securities company.
- Possession of a valid Securities Practicing Certificate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- VBA programming skills are an advantage.
- Good English reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong analytical and project planning capabilities.
- Good communication, training, and teamwork skills.
