Mô tả công việc
Specific Accountabilities:
• Work with vendor, supplier, factory and RHO team to achieve customer's expected service level.
• Settlement to Customer and Vendor on time.
• Control contract and Legal documents in Bonded Warehouse.
• Ensure all commercial and contractual activities are captured and process within DBS is executed in a compliant manner.
• Ensure the accurate and timely movement of all transportation to- and from specific locations within the service standards agreed with the Customer.
• Handle all Customer facing communication and shipment related internal communication between/with DB Schenker stakeholders
• Plan, organize and control all supplier activities ensuring compliance to regulations and ensuring highest level of service availability to operations.
• Work hand in hand with RHO Supplier On-Boarding Team to carry out required agreement pursuance with PVMI Customer's Suppliers.
• To monitor, analysis and share the status of supplier's shipment, warehouse activities to related stakeholders.
• Prepare and update all PVMI mandatory Documents, such as invoice/packing/HBL, Shipping Guideline, Training slide...
• To provide advises related to country specific business, customs requirements and operations.
• Follows and update status of cargo from Port to Bonded Warehouse and delivering cargo to factory.
• Perform Customer services activities to meet customer demand
• Support daily operations.
• Provide Customers with proactive exception management in case of service quality deviations including follow-up and problem resolution
• Ensure flawless operation activity related to Supplier customer service activities
• Communicate and settle with customer on warehouse issues and initiatives

Skills Required:
• Good spoken and written English
• Well verse with MS office applications
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and WMS, SAP...
• Able to analyze data and prepare presentations.

• Good Communication and presentation skill
• Able to work in a team and under time pressure
Experience and Qualifications:
• University Degree upwards
• Experience in Customs, Trucking, Customer Service
• Minimum 3-year experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferably with a 3PL or Distributor
• Experience in tracing the variance inventory, stock take, SOPs, etc
• Experience working in Bonded warehouse is prefer
