JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the performance of the Bank's product portfolio within the assigned scope, assess performance against established targets, prepare detailed management reports, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
Collect data for in-depth, multidimensional analysis to identify success factors to be further leveraged and scaled, value-added and differentiating factors, areas for improvement, trends, and optimization opportunities. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on product implementation to drive the Bank's business growth.
Develop and deliver automated reporting solutions on internal systems, enabling business units to independently access and utilize reports.

Specialist (Levels 1-3): Directly perform professional tasks. Higher levels involve greater autonomy and more complex responsibilities.
Senior Specialist: Accountable for the results of a specific professional area and provides guidance to Specialists within the team. Typically suited to candidates with 5-8 years of experience who have independently managed an entire functional area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance and Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Product data analysis and product optimization.
Product development, with knowledge of advanced product development methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup.
Candidates with relevant certifications or proficiency in data querying and transformation tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, and data visualization tools, are preferred.
