JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer to support the development of high-performing Customer Service teams. This role is responsible for delivering engaging training programs, coaching employees, and ensuring operational readiness through effective learning and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong presentation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver onboarding, product knowledge, process updates, and re
fresher training programs.
Facilitate classroom training sessions using effective adult learning methodologies.
Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching, guidance, and developmental feedback.
Assess trainee readiness and make recommendations for production deployment.
Training Development
Prepare, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and supporting resources.
Support the development and enhancement of training content and learning programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training materials remain accurate and relevant.
Performance Support
Partner closely with Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from training to production.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and operational processes.
Participate in client meetings, calibration sessions, and side-by-side observations when required.
Continuous Improvement
Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance metrics.
Analyze feedback and identify opportunities to improve training quality and learning outcomes.
Recommend curriculum enhancements based on business needs and training analysis.
Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Service, Contact Center, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional attitude with the ability to build positive working relationships.
