Researching & analyzing market, finding new customer;
Negotiating the contracts with customers to provide company's services;
Promoting image, branding and new capabilities of company;
Receiving the request for services from customers and coordinating with related units to evaluate the cost, quoting to customer to get their approval, deploying the service and then monitoring until the service done;
Coordinating with finance Dept. for invoice issuance;
Handling customer complaints, provide solutions, follow up to ensure resolution;
Other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager
Yêu cầu
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field;
At least 1-year experience in Customer service/sale & marketing;
Fluent written and spoken English;
General computer skills, including MS Office applications, data entry, etc.;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
Ability to work well under pressure;
Experience in aviation technical company is preferred but not required.

Location: NoiBai International Airport (company has arranged shuttle bus for transportation)
Work schedule: 7.30am - 4.30pm, from Monday to Friday.
Salary: 12 - 15M/month (gross)
12 paid annual leave days
