We are looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing Executive with a focus on SEO and Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving search rankings, optimizing ad performance, and managing digital campaigns to achieve business objectives.
2. Nội dung công việc
SEO:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility for B2B-focused keywords.
Optimize website and landing pages for technical SEO (schema, crawlability, page speed).
Produce SEO contents to match with business direction. Collaborate with content and product marketing teams on SEO-aligned contents.
Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and organic traffic using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush etc.
Familiar with current SEO trends and know-how to adapt, eg: SEO on AI Platforms, Google AI Overview etc.
Paid Ads:
Plan and manage lead generation campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B-focused platforms.
Create compelling ad copy tailored to target customers.
Optimize campaigns based on lead, conversions rates, CPL etc. A/B test landing pages and messaging to improve conversion rates.
Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Fluent in English (written is required).
3. Kiến thức chuyên môn
2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital ads. Experience in B2B Tech is a HUGE plus.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and landing page builders.
