JOB DESCRIPTION
As the HR Executive for Can Tho branch, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and your ultimate mission is to help us grow the Can Tho Branch according to our defined strategy, fulfilling our performance and business goals with fun and joy along the way.
Your main tasks are:
Attract talents for the Company, coordinate relevant parties, and arrange interviews for qualified candidates.
Maintain our culture and spirit among the team members; Be the eyes and ears for the BOD; Understand the vibe and mood among the employees and the teams, and inform BOD if any action is needed
Create a fun and positive work environment; Encourage teamwork, build team spirit, be in charge of team building activities, events, workshops, and contest organizing internally and externally for Can Tho office.
Work with the related departments (Talent Acquisition, Finance, Community & Branding, etc.) to make sure the daily operations (office admin, labor contracts) of the branch.
Document and report the office's monthly expenditures to the Management team; Handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc); and follow up the extension of these contracts.
REQUIREMENTS
Have EXCELLENT communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Experience; Either in a similar position but we are open to anyone who thinks he/she is up for the challenge.
Possess high integrity and strong business ethics.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges as well as flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs.
Ability to receive feedback and be comfortable with last-minute changes.
Interested in employer branding and internal communication activities to promote the company's reputation as "Best place to work" internally and externally.
