* Develop & Maintain Quality Management Systems:
- Establish and update SOPs, service standards, and quality procedures for all departments
(Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Engineering, Spa, Pool, and public areas).
- Ensure consistent implementation and compliance across departments.
* Quality Control (QC) Audits:
- Conduct scheduled and random inspections of rooms, facilities, services, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare checklists, record deficiencies, and follow up on corrective actions.
* Quality Assurance (QA) & Continuous Improvement:
- Collect and analyze guest feedback (surveys, reviews, complaints) to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement service enhancement initiatives for senior management.
* Training & Support:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on service standards,
hygiene, safety, and resort culture.
- Support Department Heads in implementing QA/QC guidelines.
* Reporting:
- Prepare weekly/monthly audit and quality reports for Management.
- Provide recommendations for improvement plans.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a QA/QC or similar role in resorts/hotels or the service industry (F&B, tourism).
- Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and hotel/resort SOP standards,
- Excellent planning, organizational, reporting, and training skills.
- Strong communication, observation, and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
