Job Purpose
The Senior
Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, and expanding the clinic's market presence. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, promoting the clinic's healthcare services, and delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving assigned sales targets.
I. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, multinational companies, insurance providers, schools, embassies, and healthcare partners.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
• Promote the clinic's healthcare services, including:
o Corporate health screening programs
o Executive health check packages
o Specialist consultations
o Diagnostic imaging and laboratory services
o Vaccination services
o Occupational health services
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of individual sales and revenue targets.
3. Key Account Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
• Identify opportunities for contract renewals and service expansion.
• Maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
4. Partnership Development
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), healthcare providers, and referral partners.
• Represent the clinic at networking events, exhibitions, healthcare conferences, and business meetings.
• Develop referral networks to increase patient acquisition.
