- Phụ trách các sản phẩm trong ngành sơn, mực in, bột màu, ... hóa chất, và một số sản phẩm khác liên quan.
- Duy trì mối quan hệ và hỗ trợ kịp thời với các khách hàng sẵn có của công ty.
- Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và phát triển khách hàng mới, giới thiệu sản phẩm của công ty, đến tham văn phòng, nhà máy của khách, chuẩn bị mẫu test, gửi mẫu cho khách và theo sát tiến độ test mẫu.
- Lên kế hoạch, đề xuất và thực hiện các chiến lược, chiến thuật
phát triển kinh doanh dưới sự chỉ đạo toàn diện của cấp trên và tuân thủ quy trình công ty.
- Theo dõi đơn hàng và chịu trách nhiệm thu hồi công nợ.
- Giải quyết thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng liên quan đến công việc kinh doanh.
- Báo cáo định kỳ và phát sinh theo yêu cầu từ cấp trên
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
Job Description
Take full responsibility for the company's products in the coating, ink, pigment, and chemical sectors, as well as other relevant industrial materials.
Maintain strong relationships and provide timely support to existing customers.
New Customer Development:
- Introduce company products.
- Visit customer offices and factories.
- Prepare and send the samples for testing.
- Follow up the testing process and results.
Sales planning and execute
business development strategies and tactics under the guidance of management, make sure compliance with company procedures.
Monitor customer orders, take full responsibility for debt collection from customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to sales and service.
Prepare and submit regular reports and ad-hoc reports as requirements from supervisors.
Support cross-functional teams when needed by line managers or upper management.
