Mô tả công việc
• Market Development:
o Identify and develop new international business opportunities for frozen fruits (e.g., IQF mango, dragon fruit, passion fruit, etc.).
o Conduct market research on target regions, including demand trends, competitors, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Sales &
Business Development:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, foodservice companies, and retailers abroad.
o Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, MOQ, delivery terms, payment terms) aligned with company objectives.
o Achieve or exceed export sales targets by actively closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Export Management:
o Coordinate with production, logistics, and QA teams to ensure timely fulfillment of international orders.
o Monitor documentation and compliance with international trade regulations (e.g., FDA, EU Organic, BRCGS).
o Support the creation of sales materials, product specifications, and digital tools to support customers.
• Customer Support:
o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product feedback professionally and promptly.
o Provide after-sales service and ensure repeat orders.
• Trade Shows & Marketing:
o Represent the company at international food exhibitions and trade missions (e.g., GULFOOD, SIAL, ANUGA, FoodEx).
o Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns tailored to overseas markets.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B international sales, with a proven track record specifically in frozen IQF fruit exports.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of export processes, Incoterms, and international documentation (e.g., CO, Phyto, B/L).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual communication platforms.
