Report findings and provide actionable recommendations to the Director of Sales.
4. Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
5. Event Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, meetings, events & conferences, F&B services.
Work with the events team to ensure smooth execution and high guest satisfaction.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
7. Administrative Tasks
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations.
