Business Development & Client Management
Proactively research and identify new potential partners while consistently maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
Coordinate directly with internal departments to manage orders and commercial contracts, ensuring high-level service delivery.
Drive business growth by implementing strategic initiatives and expanding the company's market footprint.
Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
Coordinate supply chain activities and manage logistics to ensure the efficient movement of goods.
Monitor after-sales support and collaborate closely with the finance team to manage and control accounts receivable effectively.
System Operations & Data Management
Operate and maintain the business data management system (ERP) to ensure data integrity and real-time visibility.
Generate and submit periodic performance reports to the management board.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar sales, business development, or operational position.
Proven experience in sales or business development within the modified plastics, engineering plastics, or chemical materials industry is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Fluent in Chinese across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills for comprehensive data analysis.
Prior experience in operating enterprise management systems (ERP) is a significant advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and systematic problem-solving skills.
