Job Description
Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare comprehensive reports by analyzing and summarizing data;
Support the Business Development Manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars;
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the Marketing-Sales team. Provide clear instructions for campaign usage and promotion;
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc) to drive brand awareness and sales;
Plan and execute meetings, events, conferences by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
Maintain and update sales support materials, ensuring they are current and accurate. Coordinate the creation of new materials as needed;
Manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns;
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
Continuously seek new sources of prospective client data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership;
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective;
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role (preferably in the field of consultancy/international policy/business development/sales)
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and best practices
Strong analytical and research skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g Google Analytics, Social media management tools, Email marketing software...)
Fluent and confident with English skills
Ability to manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
