Job Description We are looking for a Mobile Engineer with 3+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in both Flutter and React Native to join our team and work on a private car booking application. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications in a collaborative, English-speaking environment.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using
Flutter and React Native.Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical updates, and resolve issues effectively.Participate actively in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Mentor junior
developers and contribute to building and scaling the mobile development team.Own the
end-to-end mobile app release cycle, including publishing and maintaining applications on the
Apple App Store and Google Play Store.Continuously research mobile development trends and proactively suggest improvements to the technology stack, architecture, and development processes.Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices across mobile projects.
Requirements 4+ years of experience in mobile application development.Strong hands-on experience with
Flutter and React Native.Experience with
native mobile development using
Swift (iOS) and/or
Java/Kotlin (Android). (is plus _ not required)Proven experience publishing and maintaining production apps on both
App Store and Google Play.Solid understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (client-facing role).Strong sense of ownership with the ability and motivation to grow into a
technical or team leadership role.Collaborative mindset with experience working in
distributed or remote teams.Passion for learning new technologies, frameworks, and mobile best practices.
Nice to HaveExperience developing applications for
HarmonyOS (Huawei).Previous experience mentoring junior developers or leading a small mobile team
