Qualification:
• Bachelor in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management,
International Economics, Engineering, International Trade or related
fields
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical equipment procurement
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international sourcing or tendering
• Understanding of conditions/regulations related to cargo importation
and customs procedures
• Understanding of Incoterms, UCP, and international trade law
• International payment methods (L/C, T/T)
Skills:
• Fluent English in business communication and negotiation
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
•Cost analysis and compliance mindset
• Problem Solving
Preferred qualifications:
• CIPP, CIPS (Level 4-6), CPSM, CSCP, CPP
• FIDIC
• Certificate in Public Procurement in accordance with Vietnamese regulations
