1. Personnel Management, Employee Records, and Labor Relations
Manage employee information on the HR system; create and manage accounts for new hires.
Maintain personal files, resumes, labor contracts, and related documents.
Track employment status changes: resignations, department transfers, rotations, contract renewals, or terminations.
Handle disciplinary actions, complaints, and internal conflicts; ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Carry out HR and administrative procedures for foreign employees (visa, work permit, residence registration, etc.).
2. HR Services Management and Support
Manage attendance, leave (annual, public holidays, unpaid leave, etc.).
Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Issue and revoke work resources (email accounts, system access, etc.) for joining and departing employees.
Draft and submit HR documents: Decisions, Policies, Regulations, Announcements, etc.
Manage organizational structure and organization charts; update changes in departments and job titles.
Support HR administrative procedures: visas, business trips, residence registration, introduction letters, etc.
Handle reward and recognition procedures; reconcile FPT Gold periodically.
Support procedures for hiring external resources, collaborators, and related payments.
3. HR Reporting, Data Management, and Administration
Provide HR data to departments upon request.
Prepare and consolidate periodic reports: workforce changes, turnover rate, HR costs, OKR/departmental performance reports.
Coordinate in providing data and records for audits, ISO, SOC, PCI DSS certifications, etc.
Generate and analyze HR reports as requested by management.
4. Social Insurance & Employee-Related Legal Obligations (preferred if able to handle)
Process registration and adjustments for Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI); manage claims for sick leave, maternity, and work accidents.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to insurance and tax authorities; support inspections when required.
Handle personal income tax (PIT) procedures and dependent registration.
Update and communicate changes in labor laws to employees.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a General HR or equivalent position.
Preference for candidates with hands-on HR experience within FPT Corporation.
Age: born between 1995-1999 (female candidates preferred).
Qualities: careful, detail-oriented, reliable, and highly responsible.
