We're looking for two skilled, proactive, hands-on colleagues to help grow the team at Amepro:
🔹 1. SENIOR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Monthly salary: VND 16-18 million, depending on qualifications and experience.
Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates, and coordinate candidate assessments.
Manage the recruitment process through to onboarding; maintain recruitment data and evaluate the effectiveness of each recruitment channel.
Experience recruiting for specialist and management roles; experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or food companies is preferred.
🔹 2. HR POLICIES & SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
Monthly salary: VND 21-24 million, depending on qualifications and experience.
Help develop and standardise the organisational structure, departmental functions, job descriptions, and KPIs.
Develop and implement compensation and bonus policies, HR procedures, forms, and reports.
Standardise HR data, coordinate software implementation, and guide departments in using the systems.
Hands-on implementation experience, a systematic approach, and strong analytical skills are required; manufacturing experience is preferred.
