Techcom Securities (TCBS) is seeking some Business Analysts (BA) to join the BA department in our Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city office. The candidate will be involved in full project life cycle with an Agile focus and gain an opportunity to learn investment systems.

Job Location: Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
• Identifying the current- and future-state business processes
• Combines knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional design and write user stories for a given application
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams throughout the project life cycle
• Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs
• Schedule and lead requirements /JAD sessions with stakeholders; gather testable system requirements and translate them into use cases in Functional Specification Documents and user stories
• Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business and develop use cases to demonstrate the business requirements to the IT (Information Technology) Team and Quality Assurance Team
• Work closely with the Integration System Test team to ensure all identified scenarios are properly tested and defects are resolved, and a quality end user product is delivered.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of IT and System Analyst experience. Outstanding graduates may be considered.
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Experience in Agile environment is a plus
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively & work within a scrappy high-performance team
• Skills in languages such as Excel, SQL, VBA
• Knowledge in Agile and Jira tools is preferred
